1. Hotel Cancellation/ amendments
Cancellation:
Cancellation has to be made through corresponding email: sales@hanoicentralhotel.com, otherwise no cancellation will be entertained. Cancellations will not be accepted over Phone.
- Customer must notify Hanoi Central Hotel & Residences if you plan change before 02 days you check in.
- Any cancellation submitted after the cancellation due date, ONE night will be charged.

Refund:
The refund will be made through your credit card. Additionally, although Hanoi Central Hotel & Residences will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation, it could take from 12-15 days for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank’s practice.

- Check-in time is from 02:00 PM and check-out time is at 12:00 noon
- Extension of late checkout time is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
- Check-out until 18:00 – 50% of room rate
- Check-out after 18:00 – 100% of room rate
Early check in is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
- Early check in from 8:00 AM of arrival date – 50% room rate (W/o BF)
- For guaranteed early check-in, room will be reserved the night before and charged at 100%
Rates are inclusive of:
- International breakfast buffet (6.30 to 10.00 am every day)
- Free Welcome drink when check in
- Tea, coffee, fruit,1 bottle of mineral water in room daily/1 person
- Free usage of ADSL and Wifi internet in-room and public computer
- Children and Extra bed Policy
Maximum 01 child under 8 years old, sharing with parents using existing bed
