Our luxury limousine or shuttle bus will pick you up from Hanoi Central Hotel & Residences and start our trip to explore the most amazing bay in the North of Vietnam. On the way, we will have a quick stop at the middle of the way to rest. |

Arrive in our office at Hon Gai Pier, you will have a bit time to relax and enjoy a cup of tea/coffee. Wait for our captain to finish the registration and transfer by tender to our boat. |

Enjoy welcome drink and spend a couple minutes to briefing about safety on boat and activities included then we check in our cabin. |

Delicious Vietnamese set menu will be served while leisurely cruising further into Bai Tu Long Bay. |

Explore the well- hidden Thien Canh Son cave. Tour guide will explain the history of Ha Long Bay and this Cave, made by Mother Nature. |

Upon return to the boat you will have about 30 minutes to freshen up and finish packing. |

Attend in a Vietnamese cooking demonstration. You can quickly learn a simple but delicious Vietnamese dish that Gordon Ramsey (a 2 Michelin Star Chef) used to guide – Nem Cuon or challenge yourself in fruit and vegetables carving. |

Cancellation policy: In case a tour is cancelled by the client (from 01-02 cabins) for any reason, the following fees will be charged: ü The cancellation from 05 days in advance of our service: Free of charge ü The cancellation from 03 days to 05 days in advance of the tour: 50% in total cost. ü The cancellation within 03 days, we will charge you as 100% in total cost.
Cancellation by us: We reserve the right to cancel your booking under some unavoidable circumstances like: weather conditions, wars, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, terrorism. If we cancel your booking, you can either get a refund or accept an alternative from us of equivalent or similar standard and price, if one is available, and we will always refund the difference in price if the alternative is of a lower standard and price.
The cancellation is announced ONLY by Quang Ninh Local Port Authority and often in short notice of time. Therefore your understandings in these situations are highly appreciated.
Cancellation by weather conditions (controlled and informed by local authority)
Without prior notice, the cruise trip could be postponed, shortened or cancelled due to unexpected bad weather, including storm/ typhoon (summer), cyclone, thunder storm, foggy days (winter), monsoon (winter)… Before tours start from Hanoi city: Full refund After guests arrive in Halong Bay: Tour cost based on completed service: meals, transfer, day boat trip only, the rest will be refunded Guests are staying on board, trip is shortened: Tour cost based on completed service: trip length, meals, transfer, activities…, the rest will be refunded
Children's Policy: ü Children under 5 years old are FOC if sharing bed with parents, limited to one child per cabin ü Children from 5 to 8 years old are charged 50% adult if sharing bed with parents ü Children from 9 to 11 years old are charged 75% adult if sharing bed with parents ü Children from 12 years old are charged as adult ü 02 Children under 12 staying in 01 cabin will be charge 75% cabin ü Child from 5 to 12 staying on separate bed: charge 75% adult price |

Important:
Not being on time or being present is seeing as non-shown up!
The cruise trip will return to the harbor by 11 AM or 12 PM on the last day of the trip and you can expect to reach the hotel in Hanoi or our office between 4:00 and 4:30PM.
Keep in mind to arange and plan your travel accordingly to your itinerary. For example if you arrive at Hanoi airport at 9:30AM, it will be too late for a cruise departing on the same day. Similarly, any onward flight or train trip from Hanoi will need booked to be later than 7PM so that you can avoid all the hassle involved.
